• Do you provide mobile service?

  • ​Yes, we travel to any location. Please keep in mind that there is a mobile service fee.

• Do you do everyone's hair and makeup for group bookings?

  • No, I have a team of hair and makeup professionals working for me. However, I am in-charge of the makeup department.

• You specialise in airbrush makeup. What's the difference between traditional and airbrush makeup?

  • ​There are rumours that airbrush makeup doesn't look natural. This is not true. I can achieve a natural makeup look using both traditional and airbrush makeup techniques. I can also achieve full coverage and glam look using both techniques. The main advantage of airbrush makeup is that it eliminates the need for touch-ups. I use an airbrush machine to apply the primer, concealer, foundation, contour and highlight. Skin appears healthier, younger and more radiant-looking with this long-wear, transfer and water-resistant airbrush makeup formula, giving you the most natural skin-like finish and offers buildable coverage – sheer, medium or full. You do not have to worry about colour (foundation) transfer, and tears or sweat (humidity) ruining your makeup.

SKIN AND HAIR REVISION TREATMENTS

• What is inkless scar and stretch mark revision?  

  • It's a non-invasive treatment that helps reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks by using a clinically-approved vegan serum to stimulate natural healing and collagen production.

• What is Nue Strand treatment?

  • Nue Strand treatment is a non-invasive hair restoration method that combines microneedling with a serum containing growth factors and peptides to stimulate dormant hair follicles and promote natural hair regrowth. It is designed for individuals experiencing hair thinning or loss and aims to improve scalp health and density. The treatment is suitable for those seeking a non-surgical alternative to hair transplants or those looking for complementary therapies. 

• How do the treatments work?

  • ​The serum is applied to the skin/scalp using specialised tools, encouraging your skin/hair to repair itself by boosting collagen/keratin and elastin production. This results in smoother, more even skin over time and in the case of hair, improves scalp health and hair density.

• How many sessions will I need?

  • The number of sessions depends on the severity of the scars, stretch marks or hair loss. On average, 2-3 sessions are recommended, along with in-between sessions of full-body LED light therapy for FASTER healing process.

• Are there any side effects?

  • Some redness and mild swelling are normal after the treatment but these usually subside within a few days. A custom-program and schedule will be provided as part of the treatment program to guide the client better. Since it's non-invasive, there's minimal to no downtime.

  • You are not obliged to buy our kit or tattoo gun. However, you would need to purchase the medical grade serum and pigments we use to achieve our results.

• Are models provided for the hands-on training?

  • Yes, it is recommended to bring your models so you can track their results. If you cannot provide your own models, please inform us as soon as possible.

• Do you offer payment plans?

• Do you offer 1:1 training?

  • Our courses are done in groups. However, we also offer private classes. 

• Can you train outside Australia?
